Multiple CDs within one Album

I use the discnumber tag to indicate the number of the CD. So far, all works well. Now, there are some albums which have different title for the various CDs. For example:

King Crimson - Islands
King Crimson - Islands/CD01 - Studio Album
King Crimson - Islands/CD02 - Live In the UK
King Crimson - Islands/CD03 - Live In the US

My questions is how do I tag the albums which have different names? What is the best recommended way to do so?

Looks like you are almost there.

As an alternative to adding a DISCSUBTITLE tag, the disc identifier suffix in the album title can be specified as [disc <n>: <subtitle>] or (disc <n>: <subtitle>) or , disc <n>: <subtitle>.
