Multiple CDs within one Album

I have some albums that have more than one CD. Currently, the folder structure is as follows:

King Crimson - Red
King Crimson - Red/CD01
King Crimson - Red/CD02
King Crimson - Red/CD03

I use the discnumber tag to indicate the number of the CD. So far, all works well. Now, there are some albums which have different title for the various CDs. For example:

King Crimson - Islands
King Crimson - Islands/CD01 - Studio Album
King Crimson - Islands/CD02 - Live In the UK
King Crimson - Islands/CD03 - Live In the US

My questions is how do I tag the albums which have different names? What is the best recommended way to do so?
