This sounds like it could be a MinimWatch ohnet.subnet problem. You can check the active subnet by selecting Options > Show log (watch) from the grey minim icon. Near the start of the log, there should be a message like this:

Active subnet is 192.168.2.0

Do you see this message? If so, what is the subnet value?
