MinimWatch is only needed if you are want to manage MinimServer from a different machine than the machine you are using to run MinimServer. A typical scenario is running MinimServer on a NAS and running MinimWatch on a Windows or Mac desktop to manage MinimServer on the NAS. If you are managing and running MinimServer on the same machine, you should not install MinimWatch. See this page for more details.
