If ffmpeg is installed in the opt/bin folder, you don't need to set the full path in stream.converter. MinimStreamer will find ffmpeg there automatically and will set stream.converter to opt/bin/ffmpeg to confirm it has found ffmpeg there. This is not the reason for the error message, just FYI.

I don't understand why this isn't working (assuming that your convolution file is valid). Please produce a debug log by doing the following:

1) Clear the stream.options property
2) From the minim icon. select 'Show log'
3) In the log window, set the logging level to Debug
4) In the log window, click Clear
5) Leave the log window open
6) Set the stream.options property to: convOut= -i /volume1/music/MUSIC/conv/Cor1S44.wav -lavfi afir -v debug
7) You will get the red error message - this is OK
8) In the log window, click 'Save as' and save the log data to a file
9) Zip the saved log file and attach it to a post here
