Thank you both for your advices.

I have download and installed the ffmpeg static build for my Syno ARM, as you've indicated me Simon.
It worked after having restarted diskstation.
But when I'm entering the convout line in stream option, it returns an error message, as follows

I've tried with another output folder for my wav file (volume1/MinimServer/) but the result is the same.
It seems I still have an issue with the converter program, but now I know I'm pointing on the latest ffmpeg build. So what's the problem, I don't know.
I have the same issue when using the other ffmpeg installed on my NAS (as provided by Alandbush thx ) but the result is the same as well.
