I have found that afir=wet=10 produces a satisfactory volume level while avoiding the Melco failure with gtype=gn that I have reported to the FFmpeg developers.. What we don't know is whether the Armada 370 hardware malfunction could affect the correct operation of FFmpeg in any other way. Please post here if you notice anything unexpected when running FFmpeg convolution on your Melco N1.
