OutOfMemoryError

Hi,
My readynas went AWOL so I replaced it with a QNAP TS421, installed Minimserver on it and proceeded to replace my music files from backup.
However I have hit a problem. I keep on getting a red minim server icon informing me that I have a Java heap space out of memory error. This used to happen with the ReadyNAs, But was solveable if I reduced the numebr of folders to below about 64000.
However on the QNAP it seems to be happening when the number of folders reaches about 32000, which is not nearly enough to accommodate my music files. Can you help, please?
