Welcome to the MinimServer forum!

When MinimServer next disappears, please do the following:

1) In the QTS App Center, select the Stop action for MinimServer. The green icon will change to grey.

2) In the Public share of the QNAP, you will see a file named minimserver-diag.tar.gz. Attach this file to a post here.

3) After you have completed step 2, select the Start action for MinimServer in the App Center.

I will look at the diagnostic file and let you know what I find.
