VLC (on iPad) should be able to discover MinimServer but there is a VLC bug that prevents MinimServer from working correctly. See this bug ticket.

iOS 11.4.1 on iPad.
Both the iPad and the Naim N272 can find Twonky on the WD device, but neither can see Minim Server.
