The 212+ has a single core Marvell Kirkwood processor, which may not have enough power. However it may also be that you have other things draining resources. Try opening the Resource Monitor application, go to the Task Manager tab, and sort by the CPU column to see what’s using resources. Once you’ve identified what applications are using resources, go to Package Center and stop any unnecessary apps to see if you can free up enough.
