I checked how Asset UPnP and J River handle this. Both of these use audio/x-dsf and audio/x-dff by default, with the option to change this by editing a configuration file.

It seems that audio/x-dsf and audio/x-dff are becoming the de facto standard for UPnP servers. This is good news and should hopefully encourage renderer manufacturers to support these MIME types for non-DoP DSD streaming.
