Opening MinimServer-0.8.5.2-install.exe

Downloaded MinimServer-0.8.5.2-install.exe but couldn't open it. Windows tells me that some parts are missing or invalid. Somewhere in the incomprehensible characters is the legible message that this file is meant to be opened on 32 bit version of Windows.

Is there a 64 bit version of Minimserver and if so where can I download it? I am running Windows 10 64 bit version.
