VLC 3.0 release

I've installed the new VLC 3.0 release and it seems to support UPnP and MinimServer much better now... great news! Most things work as expected, but there is one odd bug I thought I'd report. More likely than not it would be the VLC guys that need to fix it...

I have the special #AudioFormat custom menu set up in my properties file. If I try to open the top level menu for #AudioFormat VLC will skip down to the first available file in the next menu item below it (which in my case is [folder view]) and begin playing that file automatically. Weird bug, but for whatever reason VLC doesn't like that custom #AudioFormat menu.

Still, it mostly works with MinimServer now... and it doesn't ignore the sorting like the foobar2k plugin!
