Track numbers

I am using DBPoweramp to rip my discs and am playing them on Naim equipment.
When I rip a multi disc set it comes up as Disc number and track number eg 1-01, 1-02, 1-03 to 1-n where n is the number of tracks on the disc. Disc 2 comes up as 2-01,2-02 to 2-n then 3-01, 3-02 to 3-n and so on.

That way I can see which disc in a set and which track and the work plays for the begininning until it ends. I can then follow the libretto because I know which disc and what track.

How do I get this to appear in Minim please?
