The "ignored conflicting DISCSUBTITLE value" messages mean that you have different DISCSUBTITLE tags for tracks that are part of the same album disc.

The "unexpected end of file at offset 0" message means that the file contains no data.

The other messages indicate corrupt files. You might be able to fix them by running them through a file converter such as dBpoweramp or XLD.
