RE: Minimwatch error message after update
This is strange. My previous version has an icon on the desktop (Installed Nov. 2), as does the latest version I installed yesterday at your suggestion. The error message I last reported results when I try invoking this latest version from the desktop icon.
When I right-click the gray icon (resulting when I invoke the old version), and select "Options, About (watch)", it shows 0.8.4 Update 57. It also has a button "Show Updates" which, when clicked, says "All packages are up to date". Could the problem be that there are 2 versions on the PC? I looked at Control Panel, and I see them both, 0.8.4 and 0.8.4.7, of which the 0.8.4.7 does not invoke at all. Also, I am no longer seeing the "unable to delete old module file" message. I still get the MinimServer error "'C:\Users\John\AppData\Roaming\MinimServer\libext' is not a directory" when invoking the latest (0.8.4.7) from the desktop icon. Any suggestions? Thanks; John |
