Minimserver Tray Icon unresponsive

This might be caused by an internal deadlock in MinimServer. Try using MinimWatch on the other machine to open the Properties window and do a Relaunch from the Packages tab. If MinimServer is deadlocked, this will probably produce a thread dump file and an hprof file. Please attach the thread dump file to a post here. Many thanks.

After you have produced the thread dump, you should be able to start MinimServer again from the desktop launch icon.
