It means the file has an internal format error but MinimServer was able to recover from this and (probably) read the file correctly. You should get this message every time you rescan (not restart or relaunch) if you haven't changed the file.

To fix the file so that you never get this message again, you can run the file through a converter program such as dBpoweramp or XLD. You need to specify AIFF to AIFF conversion so that the audio data and tag data in the file isn't changed.
