MinimWatch uses the Java runtime. This should be listed as either "javaw.exe" or "Java TM Platform SE binary".
Your reference to "Internet Connections for Programs" suggests that you might have your local LAN connection configured in Windows as public, not private. If this is the case, changing the network type to private might fix the problem. |
