Why do I have so many errors in my log?

I looked at the Minim og and it appears to be littered with various errors, I've no idea why, having a little bit of OCD I'd really like to sort them out if at all possible.

Couple of random ones

Error: chunk data extends beyond form size in WAV file import_CD/Fink/Perfect Darkness/01 Perfect Darkness.wav (length 70388807)

The files are located in import_CD, does it means that the faulty WAV was created by the Melco importing from a CD ?

I have the same phenomenon.
