If a file appears in the [untagged] container, either it has no tags or it does have tags but MinimServer had a problem with reading the tags. Do you see error messages for these files in the MinimServer log? (You need to be running MinimWatch to view this log.)

Your other problem sounds like a network multicast discovery issue. If your router has an option to disable IGMP snooping, you should select this option.
