Sometimes the simplest things work. I tried reinstalling minim both from QTS's list and manual install from minimserver with no luck. I did turn off and back on JRE and minimserver, but not the NAS itself.
And it is what fixed the problem!
Thanks a lot Simon for your time and advises.
And please keep the great work on this wonderful UPnP server!
