It looks like the minimserver-sh.log file was produced before you did the QTS update. The contents of this file are normal.

Your MinimServer installation might be damaged in some way. Please try downloading MinimServer 0.8.4.5 from the Downloads page and doing a manual install. Don't uninstall MinimServer first because this will cause you to lose your MinimServer configuration.

Also, try powering the NAS off and on if you haven't done this already.
