Thanks for this. This file is very old (March 21). Please do the following:

1) Check the timestamp and size of the minimserver.log file
2) Stop MinimServer from the QTS App Center
3) Start MinimServer from the QTS App Center, then wait 5 minutes
4) If the timestamp and size of the minimserver.log file has changed since step 1, zip the minimserver.log file and attach the zipped file to a post here
