Wrong artist displaying

I guess the first thing to ask is whether you're using the Columns UI component or not.

I haven't installed this component and after a bad experience with UI customization in the past I would prefer to stay with the standard UI.

I tried creating custom groupings with the format strings

%album artist% / %album%
%artist% / %album%

These both showed the expected results with correct artists.

I can't help wondering if you have some bogus AlbumArtist (or Album Artist) tags that you aren't aware of.
