These stream options are only relevant when resampling. Your transcoding settings for resampling are:

flac(16;44):wav24;176
flac(24;44):wav;176
flac(24;48):wav;192
flac(24;88):wav;176
flac(24;96):wav;192

All these already have the ; (following wav or wav24).
