Ripped waves but no "album" indicization

hi to all. I'm new about Minimserver, cd ripping and tagging.
I've made my first cd ripping test with FreeRip and monkeyaudio.
Both have no problems if I create Flac or Mp3 files ... In the "albums" area of My kinsky I can see the ripped albums.

Unfortunately if I rip My cds in wave format Minimserver do not recognize them in the "albums" area.

I suppose that the ripped waves have not good tags... So My questions are:
1) can you suggest me a full compliant ripping software to output waves with perfect tags?
2) is it possibile to edit tags of a pre-ripped wave file? If yes can you suggest me a good software?
