Can't read certain type of audio files

Which renderer are you using to play these tracks?

Are you unable to see these tracks when browsing, or are you unable to select them for playing? Please describe the symptoms as fully as possible.

Can you try this with some other control point, such as Kinsky? Does this make any difference?

Thanks. The tracks are in the NAS but are not appeared in my Lumin Apps (for controlling Lumin). The tracks are simply missed in my Lumin Apps even after restarting Minimserver and updated library content.
