MinimServer cutting out on iMac

Three times this evening I've been listening to music on my Yamaha WXC-50 and it has just stopped. Stopping and then restarting MinimServer doesn't solve the problem. Existing MinimServer and relaunching it does.

Here are a few system details:

• iMac running Mac OS 10.12.2
• iMac connected to Yamaha via ethernet.
• Most recent versions of Java and MinimServer (I downloaded them the day before yesterday).
  

I'd really appreciate some help troubleshooting this.
