Minimwatch stays grey after cable modem change

System:
Windows 10 - 64bit PC with latest Java install (also 64bit)
Firewall completely off.
Latest minimwatch installed on PC
Minimserver on Synology 1513+
Everything wired via ethernet.
All was working fine. Until I switched the outside connection to a new cable modem, which changed all the IP addresses to the IP range of 192.168.178.x

I have rebooted everything, including the NAS and turned off the firewall.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minimwatch.
I have updated Java on the laptop.
I don't know what else to try.
