BBC HLS Radio Streams

I'm - since yesterday - a new user of MinimServer and MinimStreamer. After spending a few hours in front of my PC and Linn DS System - control with Kazoo - even the BBC stations work. MinimServer and Streamer are installed on my Synology NAS. Studying a lot of forum posts (Minim and Linn) I found out that - as a non-UK men residing in Switzerland - I had to use the special "nonuk-urls". But: The reason for installing the whole thing was to listen BBC in best quality. With the "nonuk-urls" it's only about 96 kbs. Has this to do with the Brexit? I hope not, and Switzerland is outside the EC. Is there really no possibility for me to listen BBC stations in better quality?
