Yes, that's correct. I think this leaves two possibilities:

1) It's likely to be a multicast problem with your router or switch. How is all your equipment connected to the network?

2) If you are running an antivirus program on the machine running MinimWatch, this might be causing the problem.

Can you see MinimServer from your UPnP control point?
