RE: Unable to scan music library in new installation
My apology. I tried to attach the file but it failed so I attempted to post the message below without the attachment but it failed.

If you are running update 81 or later, would you be able to make the smallest file (length 9878920) available for testing?

Hi Simon,

I have removed all the offending files from the directory and I'm down to one, which I will send you. It was an experimental file I was working with in GarageBand so it's no big deal if it has to disappear. It would be interesting to see why it is picked as having an unexpected end of file. I can actually play the thing but it does end quite abruptly. Here is my current log file:

restarting MinimServer[Johns-iMac.gateway]
Language setting is 'eng'
Current time is Sun Jun 12 15:46:20 ACST 2016 in time zone Australia/Adelaide
starting MinimServer[Johns-iMac.gateway]
Error: unexpected end of file at offset 9878920 in file Jack Davis/Unknown Album/AoM custom song.aif (length 9878920)
MinimServer[Johns-iMac.gateway] is running

May I assume that all the other 112 albums have been successfully read in? Is there any way to do an "ls" on the currently indexed files to see what's there?

I couldn't attach the song unfortunately.

Regards,
Jack
