Problem installing MinimStreamer

I'm trying to instal Minimstreamer on a Windows10 PC with 64 Bit Java version 8. It downloads quickly and seems to instal, but when I try to open it I keep getting the following pop-up message:

unexpected exception Java.Lang unsatisfied LinkError:C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Minimwatch\data\tmp\native\ohNet.dll\Ca​n't load A....

and then it peters out (the pop-up window doesn't seem to give the full chain).

What's the problem and how do I fix it?
