HEOS problem

My iOS devices go through an airport extreme base station that acts as a bridge to my Ethernet network. My HEOS amp, HEOS link and Denon AVR are all connected by cat5e Ethernet to one Netgear GigE switch while my NAS, airport station and PC's are connected to another. Both switches are interconnected by cat5e cable.

Perhaps Denon are correct and there is some DLNA-related issue with the response that MinimServer is sending to the M-SEARCH request. This issue might not apply to the "alive" message that MinimServer sends out after 15 minutes.

Would you be willing to run a test scenario and capture a trace log that I can analyse? This would enable me to find out whether MinimServer is receiving an M-SEARCH request from the HEOS app and responding to it. If you are willing to do this, I will send you a PM with detailed instructions (you will need to enable forum PMs for this).
