Failed to run package service

I get following message on my Synology 415+NAS:
“Failed to run the package service/Minim server is not running.”
Upgraded NAS to DSM 6.0 and Java 7.
I installed manually 0.8.3.4-x64.spk and clicked run and then get above message.
Rebooted the NAS and re-installed 0.8.3.4-x64.spk again, to no avail.

Any ideas?
