Minimwatch starts but is invisible on MAC? OS X 10.11.4

Hello all,

since installing OS X 10.11.4 and restarting my MAC Book Retina I can start the Minimwatch application however I cannot see any icon. I reinstalled Minimwatch but that does not change anything.
I can only detect it is running because when I want to move the program from the folder where the programs are installed to the trash basket the computer tells me I cannot move it since it is running.

Any ideas?

P.S.: I am still on DSM 5.2 on my Synology DS1515+ since I wanted to wait for the first release after the update to DSM 6.0, just to be cautious.
