One more tip (not essential, but recommended) is to use a different folder for installing MinimServer than the folder that you are using for your content directory (containing the BBC Radio.m3u file). I recommend that you uninstall MinimServer from its current location (using Control Panel > Programs and Features), then reinstall MinimServer in its default location C:\Program Files\MinimServer. After you have done this, you should create a separate folder C:\BBC Radio containing a single file BBC Radio.m3u.
