Attached is a screen shot of my properties modified as you listed above.

You also need to add Album to itemTags. This is currently required for tags that have a 'value' option in tagValue, except for the Title tag which is treated specially. I am investigating whether it might be possible to make a similar exception for the Album tag in a future update.
