Moon Mind with Minimserver

Excuse me for butting in - but is MIND a hardware specific piece of software or would it work with say a Linn DS and minimserver?

Apologies for needing to ask - but I have trawled online and even downloaded the free app (which doesn't find a Moon product and doesn't appear to be doing anything as a result of that).

I am guessing that it won't work without at least one Moon product in the system?

EDIT - I should add that searching for Moon and Mind got me to some weird places and I discover that apparently we are all being controlled by aliens. I would ahve to say they aren't doing a particularly great job if this is world of ours is being controlled by someone
