Please try changing aac:wav to aac:wav-10MB. It might be that the renderer is trying to process the complete "file" in some way before playing it. If so, this will produce a 10MB "file" which should be small enough for the renderer to handle.

Another thing you could try is changing aac:wav to aac:L16. For this, you might need to adjust the playlist by changing [*R3] to [*R3;aac,48000] so that the renderer receives the correct sample rate.
