I can see it in my control point software (Lumin), but after I have added extra tracks to the content location, these files are not added to the list. Is there an automated process for rescanning/updating the library ? Or, is can this be done by scheduling one ?

MinimServer doesn't have a way of rescanning the library automatically. If you have MinimWatch working (see below), you can do this by selecting Restart after you've finished adding new music. Any music that's currently playing will continue to play while the restart happens.

At the moment, this feature is limited to ignoring "The". It's possible that MinimServer will support ignoring additional configurable articles in a future release.

it's important to solve this problem, because many of the features of MinimServer are available only when configured by MinimWatch. What happens exactly when you try to start MinimWatch on your Windows 8 PC? For example, do you see a grey minim icon in the system tray?
