Minim Watch wont extract

In Control Panel > Default Programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program, what is shown under Description and Current Default for the .jar file type?

If you right-click the MinimWatch desktop launch icon and select Properties, what is shown as the Target type in the Shortcut tab?

In the Control panel > Default programs > Associate a file type or protocol with a program, under Descriptiopn it show JAR-file, and Current Deafult, it show Internet Explorer.

When i right-click the Minim Watch Icon, under properties Shortcut tab, it show JAR-file
