Unsuccessful Minimwatch installation - 32 bit Windows 10

To confirm, does the list of filetypes in Default Programs now say Executable Jar File for the .jar extension?

Also, what do you see on the General and Shortcut property tabs for the MinimWatch desktop launch icon?

Did you uninstall and reinstall MinimWatch after making the changes to .jar? I forgot to mention that in my previous post. This will be required to make MinimWatch work correctly.
