Unsuccessful Minimwatch installation - 32 bit Windows 10

All done, and computer rebooted. The changes you indicated have taken place, but Minimwatch still doesn't start. It once displayed a box with a flashing horizontal cursor in the top left corner for maybe 2 seconds. More typically, a box just flashes on and off the screen too quickly for content to be seen.
