Can you try another UPnP control point (for example, BubbleUPnP or Linn Kinsky) to check whether the library contents are visible there? If so, there might be some compatibility issue with the BeoSound.

For future reference, warning messages don't stop the files being imported and shown when you are browsing your library. If the log message starts with "Error:" (I see two of these), this means that the file couldn't be imported into the library.
