No debate there. I will be filing a formal bug report with PS Audio today. It is unfortunate, in a way, that most other servers do something to avoid such problems, as it will make it harder for the fix to seem urgent.

Thanks very much. As you say, it's not likely to be considered an urgent issue, and when MinimServer provides a workaround, the priority will probably drop even further. I'll be interested to hear how PS Audio responds.

There's also the similar bug with percent encoded Chinese characters described in this post. It's probably best to focus on the apostrophe problem first.
