Complete rescan on startup

I removed the tag ALBUM ARTIST OR ALBUMARTIST completly, but
the log continuesly told me:

Warning: conflicting ALBUM ARTIST values ignored for file DEF/David Sylvian/2005 - Snow Borne Sorrow/09 - The Librarian.flac
first conflicting value: David Sylvian
second conflicting value: Nine Horses

I verified the tags with other tools, they are no longer inside
the flac-files.
