Files not seen by server NAS

Thank you. Since I'm learning about this, I need to understand some terms. I do have dBpoweramp and some of the problem files were ripped from cds using dBp. When you say incorrect format, what format do they need to be that they are not? I've only used dBp to rip, never to convert from one format to another.

When you say I'm scanning files in the @Recycle folder, buy scanning you mean copying? Or do you mean they are being scanned by MinimServer because they are in the wrong directory? If it's the latter and @ recycle is in the wrong directory (folder), where should it be to not be scanned by MinimServer?
